Human Dignity Coalition hosts the local Central Oregon Community Gay/Straight Alliance Network. This group, call COCGSAN, is a bi-monthly support and social group for LGBTQ youth and allies. It meets on 2nd & 4th Wednesdays at Planned Parenthood. If you are an adult interested in helping the Community GSA or being involved with COCGSAN, please contact virginiam@humandignitycoalition or call 385-3320.

At PRIDE this year, Linda Traeger from Equity Foundation asked me to post information about their thriving scholarship program. Central Oregon Folks are encouraged to apply.

Our little area on the east side of the Cascades gets a lot of attention from Equity. In fact, they have been coming to our PRIDE & Pre-PRIDE era festivities for quite a few years. They're interested in what's going on over here & want to support us, so, if you have someone that fits the bill, encourage them to apply!
